For my final major project at university I designed and 3D printed a full resin design helmet costume piece.

As part of this project I also researched and put into practice the art of electroplating non conductive materials (Bio resin).

As only conductive objects can be electroplated a conductive paint must be applied before the coating process is started. I used a combination of acrylic paint and graphite powder for this.
